Year of Food and Farming

The Soil Association has been supported by East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to run a series of bread making courses in primary schools. Local organic farmer, Ian Shears from Highfield Farm, will be running the activities from his special baking trailer.The workshops will be followed up with a visit to the farm.
