A Case for the Countryside

Free to download from the CFE website. A Case for the Countryside is a key stage 3 resource that helps to "Bring the Countryside into the Classroom". It is organised into five subject areas- Cross Curricular; Design and Technology; Geography; Mathematics and Science. Each subject area is divided into Teachers' Notes and, where applicable, corresponding Student Sheets. The Teachers' Notes give clear guidance on how each activity may be conducted, including references to the video tapes, links with the National Curriculum and opportunities for further study. All documents can be downloaded in either word or pdf format.
