FACE

FACE is an independent registered charity with 70+ members. We aim to educate children and young people about food and farming in a sustainable countryside.

Many children, young people, and their families don’t know where their food comes from, what comprises a healthy diet and lifestyle,or what the countryside can offer.

FACE works in partnership to promote farm visits, and to provide high-quality resources and activities to support school-based studies and outdoor visits, linked to all aspects and stages of the school curriculum. We can help pupils to see rural activities at first-hand and introduce them to countryside leisure and career opportunities.

We also offer an enquiry service for schools, teacher training, and support from our Regional team.
